Question: I think there was a mix-up, I received a lot more roaches than I ordered!!!

Answer: No mix-up at all! We ALWAYS add 10-15% extra and randomly 'Hook Up' orders with 25-50 and even 100% EXTRA!
If you wish to order multiple products on a reoccurring basis, please email us with what you'd like and how often you'll need them and we can invoice you to have them ordered on a reoccurring basis. These orders will also receive the 10% discount, plus any available sales/coupons at the time of purchase. Thank you! :)
