We only ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3) days

Most orders placed by 8am will ship same day. We take pride in getting orders out fast!

We ship 6 days/week. If we print your shipping label on Thursday and it's a 3-day shipment, we'll ship it the following day so that you'll receive it on Monday and it's not sitting at the post office for an additional day.

You will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped. Please keep an eye on it and bring your package in immediately upon delivery.

If there are any issues or a significant amount of DOAs  (we add a 10% over-count on all insects to cover any that may have perished during transport), please contact us immediately! An email with pictures MUST be received no later than 30 minutes after the package is delivered to receive a refund or replacement order. 

If your temps are above 85 or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, you must leave us a note to 'hold at Post Office' or purchase a heat pack for the LAG!

USPS has climate controlled facilities, however, when they are in the delivery truck they may be exposed to extreme temperatures for long periods of time and that can kill off the entire package! 
It is your responsibility to check your temperatures and have them delivered or held for pick-up!

 

 

For local pick-up in Vienna, Ohio, please text, call or message us on Facebook and we'll arrange a time. We are generally available from 9-9, 7 days per week (excluding most major holidays) but it's critical to message first as we may be out picking up supplies or making a delivery. Thank you!
